This place is incredible. 1 stop shop! Facial, deep tissue massage, mani and pedi! Plus Botox and other facial needs! Incredible place. I will be back! Wonderful sweet staff!
For our daughter’s 25th birthday present I suggested a spa package from El Bella and when she saw the head spa she knew this was what she wanted. Let me tell you, we were so happy with this request. The practitioners know their modality! She and I both experienced the same head spa package. The massage was amazing, head, neck, arms and shoulders, amazing! My daughter has very thick curly hair, so she loved the scalp treatment! I will say, I do have a lot of hair but it’s very fine, so my hair was greasy for days, next time and I will go again, and I will opt in for the additional dry and style.
Gigi did my pedicure yesterday and did so great. She took the time to do a great job and didn’t rush like other places. Susie did my daughter’s acrylic nails and my daughter loves them. Susie is really great with designs and shaping the nails just how my daughter wanted them.
The Head Spa with Anna is AMAZING! I’ve been wanting to try this service for a while and it was sooo worth the wait. I loved the whole experience. Very relaxing. And my stylist even noted 2 weeks later how much healthier my scalp was. I also noticed my hair felt thicker. Not sure if it’s related, but I honestly believe it is. I’m definitely going back again.
If I could give this place a 0, I would. This review concerns hair stylist David and salon owner Kimberly. I underwent a highlights treatment with David, during which he left the bleach on my hair for an excessive duration (over an hour). After he washed my hair, I asked him to put my own hair mask so when I get home I can wash & style it myself since I never liked how he styled my hair in past. Upon returning home, I discovered significant hair loss during my shower, a direct result of the overexposure to warmth during the treatment process. Despite my efforts to contact the salon and request the owner's intervention, nearly two weeks have passed with no response. Their lack of professionalism was further evident when they refused to provide their liability insurance information upon my request. Feeling left with no other recourse, I am now pursuing legal action as nobody seems willing to take responsibility for the damage caused. As a consequence, I have been forced to wear a wig in public to conceal the extensive breakage and damage to my hair, which required an additional $500 to rectify by another hairstylist. Despite these efforts, my hair remains far from its former condition, and the recovery process is projected to take another three to four years. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned.
