Massage- it was ok- paid for 60 minutes deep tissue. The pressure was not nearly hard enough for it to be called deep but it was relaxing so no complaints. However, i think the workers need some training in customer service and how tips (while customarily expected) are not required and cannot be dictated by them. Ladies, if you require payment prior to service you should have to way to add the tip to the transaction in the form of a receipt- nevermind the fact that you guys forward your card processing fees to your customers in the first place. Readers, spare yourself the grief and go to a local place that understands how things work. Or one without the language barrier- Again, Alice Crystal hepsapa on Montana- Tips are kindness and not a requirement for service.
I read all the reviews and took a chance at this spa. I made a reservation online, but I also called to confirm the reservation due to past reviews. All I can say is that it’s one of the best massages I’ve gotten in the Cielo Vista area of El Paso. I had a deep tissue and it hit all the points that I would expect from a deep massage: it had the right amount of pressure, they used enough oil, the music and sound of water was soothing, and they took their time. I would recommend this spa for a deep tissue massage to anyone in the area. There is a language barrier but the ladies used Google Translate so we could communicate about prices and technique.
They’re awesome! I’ve been through China and Macau and this is authentic! Clean, bright, super nice.
Came to treat my mom for her birthday and did a massage and scalp treatment for us both. It was AMAZING! The atmosphere was so relaxing from the get go. Lily and Amy were both wonderful to my mom and I. Both services were great and left us feeling so relaxed. Definitely going to come back again!
I went today for a body massage and head spa and my experience with Linda was absolutely amazing I loved it ! definitely coming back everyone was so sweet and welcoming ! Thank you Alice Crystal palace spa !!
