I purchased a fresh Christmas tree from Elbers and had it delivered and set up in my apartment. Everyone was helpful and nice making it a positive holiday experience.
I don’t use this company for lawn care services, however my employer does. I work at an animal hospital and we had an emergency today, I ran outside to see if they could stop for a few minutes while my co workers were inside giving CPR as the lawn mowers can be loud and when stress is high it being quieter is helpful. He didn’t skip a beat to stop what he was doing and have the rest of the crew stop as well, they stayed quiet until I came back outside to give them the go ahead. He didn’t have to do that, he could have said no I’m doing my job and continued his day. But he didn’t, he stopped what he was doing and cared what was happening. Thank you for being understanding and staffing good crew, 🤍🐾.
My first visit to Elbers was a very pleasant experience. Being an inexperienced gardener I had a ton of questions. Zakye was very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions and help me to pick the best option for my needs. Having such a great experience, I will definitely be back again and I will also encourage others to check it out as well. I am a small business owner myself and it is always rewarding to be able to support local businesses.
I’ve worked with Elbers for a few years but was finally lucky enough to have them do landscaping on my own property. Brendan is always easy to get a hold of, answers all of my questions, and is extremely talented in landscape design. Now for the muscles, Christian and Rob are the experts in rock wall building. They work well together and truly take pride in what they do. It’s an art form that not all can do. Carlos and his team come in with all the planting! That being said, I really hope Elbers recognizes the talent that they have with Christian, Rob, Carlos and crew. Take care of the people doing the hard physical work, they are amazing and irreplaceable. Looking forward to my next project!
J'ai appelé et ai parlé avec "Judy" qui était extrêmement gentille et serviable pour se renseigner sur leurs arbres vivants. Quand mon mari et moi sommes arrivés avec notre fille de 3 ans, nous avons été accueillis avec des sourires et avons reçu les meilleurs conseils de "Ryan". Je lui ai aussi demandé de me rendre un service et de couper une rondelle dans notre souche afin que nous puissions la garder comme souvenir en ornement... il a accepté avec enthousiasme ! C'était notre premier arbre vivant et nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux. Nous avons acheté un magnifique Douglas Fir 🎄. Nous sommes tellement ravis de notre visite que nous en ferons une tradition familiale d'aller chez Elber's pour choisir notre arbre ! Merci pour une expérience exceptionnelle 😊
