Dear Wunderland, I have been coming to your establishment for years with my three children. My oldest will soon graduate high school. And over that time I have seen numerous birthday parties with cake and ice cream. As you are a nickel arcade that attracts primarily children as your main clientele, this would seem par for the course. There may have been a time when children and birthday parties were the intended purpose and audience for this business, but do not be confused, Wunderland does not want your birthday party business. Not only would they not let us purchase all of our entry tickets and game cards at once, they actually interrupted our attempt to share cupcakes and sing the birthday song to our son. Do they have cupcakes or cake, no they do not. They have popcorn and Icees. Do they have enough staff to wipe down their tables after a party, yes they do, but they would rather stand around and leer at children. Don’t worry Wunderland, you will no longer get my business. You should be ashamed that you have let your child focused business become staffed by people who find children annoying and a burden. Just at check in the girl behind the counter spoke to my children like a poorly trained dog more than once. Parents be warned. This place does not want your children here.
Do like arcades like you used to when you were a kid? Because this place is a time machine to when you were 9. Get that high score! Does your kid need a history lesson on why arcades are the BEST. Strap them in for a mind-blowing experience. Tickets = prizes. Told you Mom and Dad. You're the best parents ever now!
Honestly much better than I had imagined. We did the Sherlock Holmes style room with two adults and a middle schooler and made it out. The staff were very friendly and understanding. The room itself was well contracted, with several expansions throughout the game. I’d be interested to come back and try the wizard game next!
The crane game was set so you couldn't win. I used to run them. Perfect grabs and the claw couldnt carry the weight of the prize. Pretty lousy. However, the girl that worked the door made up for it. She was unusually helpful, sweet and high spirited. 9/18/25
First time going to this wonderland it was a lot of fun. The prices are way better than everywhere else you can go. I took my 2 kids while my wife was getting her nails done. they had an absolute blast. Would definitely recommend, and we'll definitely be returning.
