Incredible service — honest, fast, and caring! When a tree took down the power line to our house, I was in a tough spot. Several big electrical firms tried to take advantage of the situation and quoted me nearly 5X the normal price. Thankfully, the team at The Electric Company truly stepped up. They treated us like neighbors — not just another job — and came out the same day to repair the outside power mast so Seattle City Light could reconnect our power. They were fast, responsive, and clearly cared about helping, not exploiting the situation. The work was excellent, the price was fair, and the entire team was professional and kind. I’m so glad I said no to the big private equity–owned companies and went with a local, family-owned business that genuinely values their customers. The Electric Company has earned all my future electrical business. Highly recommend!
