I have a Baldwin ConcertMaster Player Piano System Model ATP-2 installed in a Wurlitzer grand piano that stopped working. Igor quickly diagnosed the problem with the power supply while I was there. He gave me a fair price to repair it, then proceeded to fix it. Expert service from an experienced professional - while I waited! My piano is playing away right now. Honest and fast repairs - highly recommended.
About 6 months ago, Igor expertly repaired my Moscode Tube amplifier, bringing it back to its former sweet sound. I was so delighted, and impressed I immediately become a forever loyal customer. Sure enough, about six months later, my circa 1985 Perreaux SM3 preamp and 2 1992 Carver Silver 7T mono block amplifiers began misbehaving. These hard to find components were in their day, exquisite sounding and to replace them now would cost many thousands. I brought all in for Igor to evaluate and bring his electronic wizardry to bear. Igor cleaned years of oxidation off of the preamp and rebuilt the selection switch (no replacement was available). He even restored the power light and needed to custom build a proper bezel - the preamp job was completed with precision and timeliness. Next came the Carver mono blocks. Igor special ordered new capacitors and also updated both amplifiers in accordance to a Carver bulletin. All of these components are now’s performing as if factory fresh. Igor’s attention to detail, his willingness to research and get the job done to spec shows not only great professionalism, but also his love of his craft and his respect for his customers. If you have treasured stereo equipment that needs care, you’ve found a place to have them fully restored by a master.
Just had Igor spend over three hours diagnosing and repairing the circuit board for my Aqualogic salt cell pool controller, a $1,300 item if purchased new. He replaced one failed relay and two others that showed signs of distress. And then spent another hour replacing what turned out to be a faulty Omron relay from the vendor that he had just replaced. He got right on the job despite being fully booked. He thorough and knowledgeable, he spent a lot of time walking me through his different steps to find the problems and then carefully fixing them. As an aside, he seems to do a lot of business fixing higher end '70s era Pioneer stereo receivers like the one I had back then. I had no idea that people would spend into four figures on fixing one of them. Oh, and a lot of Bose Soundwave radios too.
I had an issue with the circuit board on my motorcycle (CBR1000RR)—the LED backlight wouldn't light up at night, which was a real problem. I reached out to Igor, and I’m seriously impressed. He’s incredibly talented and clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to electronics. He quickly figured out the issue, repaired the board with precision, and had everything working like new. The backlight is now bright and reliable, even on night rides. Highly recommend Igor if you need any circuit board repairs, his work is top-notch and he knows exactly what he's doing.
