We had a birthday party there over the weekend and it was very unorganized. We checked in 15 minutes early like we were supposed to and was told nothing else. Waiting around for about 15-20 minutes before I finally asked what we needed to do. Only to be told if the kids have socks they can go jump. This was our first time here and having a party so how were we supposed to know this. I feel if you are paying all of this money to have a party it should be more organized. We were told by the staff that if you have a child under 2, the parent gets to jump with them (no additional cost). This was not the case at the end I was charged for extra jumpers. On the website it says a pair of socks are included for every jumper. Also not true, I was charged for extra socks. I have reached out to someone there but have not received an email back. We were never told until we got there that we could not get into the party room until the jump time was over. So we had to stand around for an hour and a half since there was really no where to sit. Again if you are paying over $400 for a birthday party it should be more organized. It would have been nice to have a party host say, hey I am so and so and will be the party host, this is how things will go. Staff advised several adults who wanted to pay to jump that they did not have to pay. When they make an announcement over the room you cannot understand what is being said. I would not recommend. I only gave them a rating of 1 because 0 was not an option.
We had a birthday party here and everyone loved it. Shout out to our favorite party attendant Cooper! He went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and so helpful through out the entire experience.
We had to go to a birthday party here and it was the best time for our visit time for a family of 4. A 5 year old and a 2 year old and they both had the best time. I love how open it is and we will definitely be back. We are thinking of having a birthday party here. The staff was so great and we all had a great time!
Fun place for younger kids. Trampolines, small climbing wall, inflatable slides, dodge ball area, snack bar, and some arcade games. We’ve been to birthday parties here as well. There are party rooms where you can bring your own pizza and cake. You MUST have Elevate socks for jumping, they won’t allow you to use jump socks from other places.
Great safe place to let the kids run and have fun. Not overwhelming huge so no problem keeping track of your kids! Only one walkway into the play area which made it easier to ensure little ones weren't exploring other places. Arcade in the front was fun.
