If you think customer service is a thing of the past, then call Elite Roofing! From scheduling the initial inspection to paying the invoice, the process could. It have been any easier or more pleasant. I had a few loose shingles, the kind of piddly job most companies wouldn’t even take the time to come out for but Elite treated it like the most important project they had. Communication from the office by Skye with the schedule, estimate and payment was efficient, friendly and easy. And Jared, the tech that inspected and did the repairs was phenomenal. He sent photos of the issues, explained what caused the problems and what he recommended to fix it, and then sent before and after photos of the repairs. Outstanding service, end to end!
We had a great experience with Jared Johnson. We just bought our house a couple months ago and we used our warranty when we noticed a leak. He showed up earlier than expected and was professional and informative along the way. He found some other issues that unfortunately he was not able to fix, but was so important to know about sooner than later. Jared is just a phenomenal roofer 🏆. Jared did my roof inspection with me last week and it was super easy. He reviewed the assessment with me photo by photo, explaining the necessary repairs. He went on to review the types and colors of shingles with me to ensure an appropriate color match for my reddish-gray roof. On the day of my scheduled roof repairs; Jared called me prior to his arrival, came early, and ready to work. He continually gave me picture updates during the roof repairs (before, during, and after). This is something that no other roofing company or roofing pro has done in the past. The positive use of technology by a trades company is refreshing 🧋👌 He's done so well that I am only going to schedule him to conduct annual roof inspections at my other rentals here in Central Texas. Elite Roofing, thank you for hiring, keeping, and hopefully (heavily) paying skilled craftsmen like Jared. If it were not for you, I wouldn't have ever found my roofer. Thank you 👍
