I have been a customer of Universal Phone Services, Belconnen Mall for many years, and again today. Always, always excellent customer care, very professional and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Universal Phone Services, every staff member is outstanding, thank you. And their prices are also very reasonable.
Worst repair job I've ever received. I handed in my phone with a broken screen but fully functioning home button, and after an hour the guy hands it back to me with the screen repaired but the home button non functional and expects me to accept it. I ask him why, he gives me some silly excuse about being unable to hook it up, and also because I had AssistiveTouch turned on (which I've always used just for convenience) it overrides the physical home button and disables it. Oh really? Since when? I ask him to have another look, and 20 minutes the button is working. This guy was clearly incompetent/lazy and tried to come up with some BS excuse to hand me back my phone with a disabled home button. And he wanted to charge 100 bucks for it. After returning home I notice the screen is detecting multiple false inputs making the phone very difficult to use. So I go to a different shop, and I get a phone back with a perfectly functioning screen and home button. Absolute incompetence. I will not be going back to this repair store any time soon.

I went into Universal Phone Services because I thought I had cracked the screen on my phone. The man (I think his name was Ariz) took the tempered glass film off and within 30 seconds gave me the great news that my phone was fine. Another minute later I had a new tempered glass screen replaced. The service was so quick and he was probably the nicest person I had met today. Thankyou for your professional and courteous help you made my day 🙏
