Carmelia was like my fairy godmother - but for my wedding! She helped me tailor my wedding and reception dress qipao looks perfectly, and I honestly looked forward to every fitting because she makes me feel so welcome. I kept my dresses a surprise to my bridesmaids, so it was so nice to have her honest opinions on fit and accessories. Not only is she the sweetest to work with, she is also highly experienced at what she does. You're in great hands with Carmelia :)
Carmelia is an exceptionally gifted and incredibly kind and intuitive seamstress, which is a rare combination. Carmelia did my wedding dress alterations and from the beginning until the end, I felt seen and cared for. She helped me figure out what is the best bustle type for my crepe wedding dress and did various mockups and provided photos and videos of each. We ended up with a ballroom bustle, which is quite technically difficult to do, and she did it beautifully. She was very considerate of having my hem hit at the perfect length so that I didn’t trip. She also offered a wealth of knowledge, tips, and tricks for me and my MOH so that everything goes smoothly and comfortably. She also was highly communicative - she responded to all my texts and concerns right away, and was up-front and direct about her recommendations and prices (which are very reasonable). I would 100% recommend her to any bride, she is definitely someone you can trust will deliver for your big day. Thank you Carmelia!!!!
Carmelia is so friendly, professional, and easy to trust right away. Her pricing was reasonable, her turnaround time was efficient, and she truly cares about her work. I’m so glad I found her for these important outfits, I couldn’t recommend her enough! I had two outfits tailored by Carmelia, and she did an amazing job on both! One was a white satin reception dress from Meshki - the zipper didn’t lay right and looked lumpy, but she smoothed everything out, shortened it, and loosened the buttons at the neck so I could actually close the dress. It looked perfect when she was done. She also tailored a two-piece set from Sau Lee that was a size 8, bringing it in quite a lot, and it fit seamlessly. You’d never know it had been altered.
Carmelia did my wedding dress and it came out perfect! I had a last minute change I needed the week before my wedding and she fixed it that day so I wasn’t stressed! She is really flexible and easy to work with! You will be in great hands!!
I really loved Carmelia’s confidence when I met her for first time, she knew what she was doing I felt I could trust her. I had know idea what to do but she guided me and gave me tips and boy she was right. I looked amazing and everyone said my dress fit me perfectly. I highly recommend. She was on time and price was reasonable.
