Did a 1 hour 1:1 training with Coach Dan- he was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. Would recommend to anyone at any level looking to get into boxing. Also an incredible workout
Such an awesome experience!!! I am a first -timer, and it was so fun to be paired up, meet other people, and the instructors were really patient and encouraging. Will be back!
After more than a year of coming to Empower, it’s been an incredible experience. What started as more of a fitness class became a true passion for me. Coach Amberle, Vinh, and everyone member at Empower are truly invested in each person’s success. The community is by far the pest part of this gym. I’ve learned so much and been given so much quality experience in boxing fundamentals and sparring. Would recommend anyone to walk in the door and give this place a shot!
Empower Boxing is awesome! I‘m from Germany and I was in town because of a business trip. The booking was super easy and everybody welcomed me so nicely, that I had the feeling as if I were part of the „family“ for a long time! The training itself was also outstanding! The perfect mix of being focused and having fun! Thanks so much.
Coming to Empower has been incredibly welcoming and each class has been a great balance of learning more while still getting in a great workout. Highly recommend
