Where do I even begin? I was at my wit's end with trying to lose weight. Being in the military I was great at working out but I honestly had no idea how to eat correctly. My husband and I met with Sarah and her team. Right away, all of our apprehensions were laid to rest. Sarah is very down to earth. She approaches her program and her clients as a human, not as some overzealous robot. We wished we lived a little closer but Sarah still worked with our schedule. She and her team were very transparent about costs, goal-setting and the whole works. If we had the opportunity to do it all over again, we wouldn’t think twice!
Learning how to be healthy going into my 70’s was a priority. Sarah’s plan was excellent. I learned to be intentional about food choices. This was the best program I’ve ever done.
