This place is definitely an amazing spot and the people there kind and friendly ( it was my first time) THOMAS is definitely a kind soul and he has a gentle manne. He Made sure he explained everything to me and quoted me a price BEFORE HE GOT DONE ( 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😉 I like it when people listen 👂🏾 to my requests instead of suggesting that I get things that are not my style— Okay definitely a 10 out of 10… MaPeaches BlmMemphis ( power is what my girlfriend got with the color “ Cotton candy”
Laurence is the absolute best- not only does she take her time to create some of the best designs and nail art, but she’s got great table side manner and is always open to trying new things. I swear I show her a new idea each time and she executes my idea flawlessly. I’ve switched from gel, to dip, to now builder gel and I couldn’t be happier with the health of my nails. FYI- The shop is a little on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for and for that reason I will always be a return customer and book with Laurence. Thank me later!!
So I JUST left and for my second time here, I didn’t like this experience at all. 1) I came in for the $25 full set promo they have on Facebook. No where on the flyer does it state we’re to show our coupon at the time of arrival but instead of apologizing for the mix up they tried to fault me. I personally thought it was automatic if you came in and asked for whatever they have the special on, not you have to show proof. And am I tripping or normally if you have a coupon you show it when you’re checking out?? The black woman was just rude about it in my opinion. 2) I asked for this fullset (pic attached), the tech did a cover warm pink that showed the tip underneath it… very sheer, not pink at all especially once the top coat went on it.. Which was the complete opposite of what I asked for, thus me asking for them to be painted. To make it worse I asked for number 208 but they gave me 212 instead. So much for a great experience. Why is it so hard to find a good nail shop? 2 🌟’s because even though this isn’t the color I asked for the nails still came out pretty, just wasn’t what I wanted. Edit to say: I barely had time to read anything on the wall due to staff asking me to check in. And the moment after I checked in I was asked questions, what kind of fullset did I want and if I wanted a beverage. Hardly any time to read a damn wall… but sure anything to avoid responsibility. Just like how your response didn’t acknowledge my over all experience, as a manager is supposed to. Also no mention of me paying for something I didn’t ask for… Yeah I definitely won’t be back. Poor business management, incompetent workers and poor business ethics.
I love this salon, everyone is super sweet and if you come enough they remember you. John Pham and his wife Bea and such great artists. They always try new things to improve themselves every day. They have a variety of designs and will work with you to create the finish you're looking for. I've been going to see John probably a bit over 2 years now and will continue to come back. John always has good ideas for your new set if you can't think of anything. The girlies at the front are super sweet and on top of things keeping the salon running well. I've never had to wait very long for an appointment since there are so many artists. They also have a great deal if you spend cash instead of using a card you get 5% off your entire service!
As a travel nurse, I always have to find new places to get my nails done. I decided on envy nail bar and the two times I’ve been I have not been disappointed yet. I wish I had gotten the name of the nail tech who did my nails (the sheer pink ones) the first time I went because she was amazing. Today, Vanan did an amazing job on my nails. I showed him a video from tik tok of what I wanted and he nailed it!! I can’t wait for my next appointment
