Erie-LaSalle staff is very helpful. Helped me through the process of retrieving my vehicle. Kept me updated on my claim and the progress on the repairs. James made sure everything was up to par. . They were also quick. They had my car ready ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.
Had a minor accident and this place was one of the preferred places for repair thru my insurance. Live in the area and always see it , they did body repairs and I must say, they worked professionally, , they gave me the detailed plan on what they are doing, timeline was fast and efficient. The final work looks great. They partner with the rental car company so it’s so convenient , I can just drop off the car there. Justin has been great, he’s been an expert on what he does, updates me on the progress and I believed that they are true and honest to what they do. Shanita has been friendly and welcoming as the front person of the place. Love the place, it’s been such positive experience for me and would recommend it.
I am "AMAZED" at the quality of work done at Erie- LaSalle. Being an ex body fender tech, I was apprehensive after seeing so many cars on the street with sub par body and paint work from whatever shop. After picking up my finished car, all I could say was WOW!!! The quality was spot on like Showroom New!!! I do remember ERIE-LASALLE from the original location, and I recall seeing mostly High End vehicles at there shop. Justin and Aaron were great at trying to settle my worries and assurances of lifetime quality work. This is the ONLY shop if I ever need work in the future that will see my vehicles. Thank You, to the owners, shop managers, and ALL involved in this FIRST CLASS organization!!!
Justin was absolutely informative. His attention to detail was great. Answered all my questions and kept me up to date throughout the time they had the car. This is my 3rd time with Erie-LaSalle, always happy with their work. I will definitely recommend their services.
The team did an excellent job from front desk to the back of the house. They go above and beyond highly recommend them. They put people first I went in worried an came out satisfied. My car runs like it’s brand new Here are my before and after pictures very satisfied with the service I received
