My recommendations for the gym: the machines are in poor condition, some are out of order, and the bathrooms need to be kept clean. I hope this gym will look spectacular again, like it used to. Also, I hope they offer samples so I can try their merchandise because I'm interested in buying some. The staff at the front desk and the managers are very attentive and provide excellent service.
Overall a great gym. I usually go to the Fullerton EOS but now that they transitioned from Golds to EOS I decided to try this location out. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and it’s clean. The only complaint I would have is that the hours are insanely disappointing. Opening at 7am and closing at 7pm on a weekend doesn’t make it accessible to be able to go in either earlier or later in the day at all and creates it to be full a lot throughout that time range.
Today was my first day using my 7 day pass. I LOVE the gym and I’m looking forward to becoming a member. The staff are super friendly and MIKE (who assisted me with my pass) was very detail oriented , welcoming & professional. Having a positive attitude makes a great impact & is super efficient in this type of environment. Thank you.
Dear Gold’s Gym Management, I visited the Anaheim location today with my guest, and we both filled out the required information. Unfortunately, the receptionist we interacted with was extremely rude. The experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected, and we cannot help but wonder if this treatment was because of our race. It was very hurtful, and I am still upset about it now, which is why I feel the need to report this. As high-tier members, we pay for a membership that includes guest privileges. If guests are not truly welcome, then why is this option offered? We expect the benefits we pay for to be honored without hostility. I believe the staff at this location should improve their attitude and professionalism. At the very least, we deserve an apology for the way we were treated. No member should feel discriminated against at a place they pay to belong to.
The best value gym in the area! This facility is kept clean and well maintained! The newer equipment is state of the art and adequate for a good workout. Even with busy times, the place never seems too crowded! Upon entering, members and guests check in and are greeted by the friendly staff, who can assist them with the equipment and getting items at the company store, including nutrition products, drinks, snacks and those famous Golds® t-shirts! Parking is accessible a block from Lincoln, off S. Peregrine St., behind the post office. The front entrance is actually on the backside of Anaheim Town Square, facing south, away from Lincoln Bl.
