If buying jewellery from here I would recommend not having the workers put it in for you. I spent $85 on jewellery, had a worker put them in, only for both to fall out and be lost within two weeks. The store didn’t care due to the lost jewellery policy being within 5 days. The jewellery I had in prior to purchasing from here stayed in for 5+ years so obviously the worker didn’t put mine in properly, or it was just not good quality jewellery.
Best place ever. Staff were really good. Natalia is the one who done me nose piercing. She’s a beautiful girl with looooootss of energy and she’s super calm. I was a baby during the time and giving her pain holding the process but she handle me very well. Meanwhile Eve came to me and she supported me sitting next to me and let me to grab her arm. Oh I love you guys. Let me tell this! Natalia we’re done my pierce and I didn’t feel anything at all. Normally they doing it asking you to lay down on the bed but I refuse and request to do it while I am sitting. She said she never done that before but she will try that for me. I hope we both had new experience in that case. In my future piercings, yooo gorgeous girl where ever you guys are I am gonna come to you. This is a super satisfied review. I am super thrilled and happy. Thank you so much Natalia and Eve. Love you guys. ❤️❤️❤️
Walked into EB in Rundle Mall on 29th December hoping to get some waxing done. Greeted warmly by staff and squeezed me in before next client. Had my waxing done and eyebrows maintained and treated very well. I have a physical disability and the staff helped me to make my procedure easy and comfortable. Thanks very much!
No matter how much we checked in advance and agreed with each other and got my piercings, the cubic should come down on person's navel, but when you see my piercings now, I've just got pierced the flesh far from my navel. And idk what's wrong with my left side hurts a lot rather than right side. I want you to do it again because there's a problem with this. I said this, but in here, you guys are making an excuse like this that it looks dangerous, and even what do i do when you say it's my choice? Therefore, they replied to me, that they can't do anything to me with rude attitude. This is also a kind of procedure, and there remains a scar on the body. And most of all, shouldn't you guarantee it if i paid a lot of money to do it and consumers complain about it? Moreover, even though the product has an after-sales service period, It doesn't make sense to operate with a procedure that can't be guaranteed by making a hole in a person's body. Yes, speaking of that, I got refund. But did you apologize to me at least one time? And you mentioned about i did finger snapping to your face. Wow, is it your skill to exaggerate as a manager? It was just my habbit and most of all, i already told you s.o.r.r.y. at that time. However, you're taking the staffs' side no matter what. Instead of addressing the rude employee's behavior, you publicly blamed the customer instead. Anyway, it was your mistake that the piercing was done in the wrong spot. I didn't even receive an apology. Don't mention about refund. It was absolutely necessary. But you? You didn't do any apology to me. I will never go back to you guys store that treats customers like nothing more than money and behaves this rudely.
