Dr.Lee and her entire staff are excellent. They took their time with Sadie, they were very patient and friendly. They didn’t rush the visit, they made me feel very comfortable to ask anything. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.
Dr. Dolin was absolutely wonderful with my cat... patient, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything to me. You can tell everyone here truly cares about animals and takes the time to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. The women at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they even sent us home with some treats for my cat, which was such a thoughtful touch. The clinic itself felt clean, calm, and organized, which helped calm my cat’s nerves. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their pets!
I brought in my newly three week old kitten with the bad case of diarrhea. Dr Lee and her staff were exceptional! After two days, the little guy is doing amazing! Everyone here is kind and helpful. I have two older fur babies, i’ll be bringing them here as well when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to all fur babies mom and dads!
Everyone at the clinic is so helpful and kind!! I completely trust everyone there with my baby and recommend essex animal hospital to pet owners all the time. Even though my dog is reactive they are so understanding and accommodating. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend Essex Animal Hospital for quality care of your furry friend. It was easy to schedule online/over the phone, and their website and email communications were straightforward, which prepared me for the visit. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, prompt, and took great care of my cat, Meez. I scheduled an annual checkup and did some prep for a flight and upcoming travel with her. The staff did a great job of explaining the best steps and the process. I got all my paperwork done, paid, and was on my way. Thanks for the help!
