Jade was a very attentive technician and took the time to understand what I expected as well as my concern about reactions to the wax. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I had an actual skin care appt instead of being rushed in and out. Thank you Jade!
Melery is the best!! She made me feel so comfortable for my first time. Easy and fast! She’s super pretty too!
I will definitely return to this location my waxer was Melery I got a full Brazilian. Melery did a very good job and her customer service was top tier , in fact the customer service was top tier from the beginning when I scheduled my appointment with Christian, she was very polite and informative. When I arrived Christian greeted me and her engagement with me was so genuine . Customer service is something ppl lack so much these days so I was very impressed with this staff and It made me feel good I was spending my money where the employees value how they treat the customers ! Also they did not ask me to do a review I told them I was going to write a review because I was very impressed with my experience.
Kawana is the best! I absolutely love getting my waxes done with her. She’s not only incredibly skilled and fast, but she’s also so funny and easy to talk to that the whole appointment feels comfortable and stress-free. She makes what could be an awkward experience actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes you feel at ease every step of the way, go to Kawana! Highly recommend!
This experience has changed my mind on waxing. Joanna stepped in and did my wax cause the person that I originally booked with had called out, She was so patient with me I anxiety was extremely high and she just you know as I said before it was very patient. I will definitely book with her again. She wasn’t in a rush to just do it and get things done. She did care about my comfortability and I made sure to leave her a great tip. I feel like she deserves a great review as well. I’ll book with her in the future.
