Brianna has been who I went to the last 2 visit and I love her! Personality is so welcoming and she is very knowledgeable about after care. She is gentle as other wax experiences I have had were not so comfortable. She does an excellent job highly recommended!!!
Olivia was kind and welcoming. She had a calming voice and ease of conversation, which for me helps get through the situation. She took her time and I didn’t feel like she was rushing and just trying get it finished. The experience was the best I’ve had so far out of my 3 waxing visits, 2 at this location. Waxing is painful and she did her very best to ease that as much as possible, along with making me feel as though my reactions were not unfounded. I yelped a few times and she made light of it all, helping ease the tension. Being in such a personal, intimate area, it isn’t a comfortable position to be in but Olivia was very sweet, down to earth but also very professional! I would recommend her to anyone who’s had a bad wax experience or for a first experience. I will be back for her service! Thank you!
This was my first time having Megan perform my waxing. She came highly recommended by another waxer, the one I normally used. She was perfect. Thorough, quick, professional and so easy to talk to. I feel so lucky as now I have two AMAZING women that I can go to , Megan and Asianna. I hit the EWC lotto! Thank you, Megan. I want to mention also, Gina at the front desk was so professional and kind, she made a great impression both on the phone and in person!
I had my first-ever Brazilian wax at European Wax Center, and I cannot say enough good things about Brittaney! From the moment we started, she thoroughly explained every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. She made the entire experience so comfortable and had such a great, easy conversation that any nerves I had going into it quickly disappeared. Brittaney was super quick and efficient, and she even coached me through a technique to help make it much less painful, which I truly appreciated as a first-timer. She also took the time to educate me on aftercare and tips for the best results, which made me feel confident going forward and even put me on to some of her other favorite beauty products as well. I couldn’t recommend her enough especially for a first time wax appt—she is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I will absolutely be booking all of my future appointments with Brittaney!
I absolutely love visiting this location; it’s always clean and welcoming, and every staff member I encounter is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I've scored amazing deals on various packages thanks to the recommendations of Janea, Jahnessa, and a wonderful woman with red hair. Makeia handled my waxing perfectly—she's fast, engaging, and very friendly. When my schedule changed, I switched to waxing with Niki, who is just as impressive. She works quickly, keeps the conversation going to distract from any discomfort, and exudes kindness. I can confidently say I wouldn't choose anywhere else!
