The new management is very unprofessional.. I have been a loyal customer for years and I called and scheduled a wax they told me that I was going to have to pay a outstanding amount of 130 because they had the incorrect card that wasn’t mine on the account. Then proceeded to tell me that I seen last in April 2025 and showed them that, that was false by my bank statements I was seen last October 2025. They said the Oakland location made a mistake by opening another account but Stockton was honoring it and now because of their unprofessionalism I have to pay the fee… this made me extremely upset and uncomfortable to continue to be a loyal customer to them as they did not try to work with me by waiving the mistake on their end. Do not recommend their service due to management.
I get the Brazilian and I loved being able to get waxed by Evonna. I don’t even want to leave a good review so her books don’t fill but she is kind, funny, and efficient. I love talking during my waxes and the conversation flowed well and she answered any and all questions I had! The front desk was also kind and helpful! I highly recommend her and this spot overall.
On 12/14/2025 Alexis (Lex) complimentary bikini wax , she was amazing. Smooth as silk! The two girls at the front counter were welcoming and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back❣️
Evonna was amazing! She was gentle I didn’t even feel a thing! My eye brows look amazing! I’m new in town and she gave me great places to go and visit! I will definitely be back!
Went to this location for an eyebrow wax and a brazilian and they were amazing! Front desk ladies were super friendly, and my wax specialist Xcholti was very professional and sweet. She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Will be coming by again!
