We hired Event Fusion for day of coordination and décor for our 2 day Indian Wedding. Suguna and her team at EF was AMAZING! Let me start off by saying the décor for my Sangeet and Wedding day was perfect and was better than I ever imagined. Throughout the planning process, Suguna listened to all our needs and concerns. When I called her 3 months before the wedding to completely change my reception layout, she quickly worked quickly to secure all the items and vendors needed. Our reception was magical and all the changes were executed beautifully! We also hired Suguna to coordinate the events on our Sangeet and Wedding day. She did a fantastic job connecting with all our vendors two weeks before the wedding to confirm details. She shared a detail schedule with us and coordinated with our DJ to ensure we all were aligned on the schedule of events. A reoccurring compliment from our guests was how smoothly both events were executed! Highly recommend Suguna and her team for your party/wedding planning needs!
Suguna Frakes was the wedding event coordinator for our daughter's wedding recently. We had 300 guests and it was a 3 day event; one at home, one at an outdoor place with American Ceremony, and an Indian wedding inside a hotel followed by Reception. Outdoor event needed to be built up from scratch; Tents, lighting, tables, linens, catering, music etc. Suguna is very easy to work with, very calm in spite of many changes. Her coordination skills and communications skills are excellent. She is extremely responsible and very detailed. That makes a big difference for weddings! I have also attended several parties decorated and coordinated by her. She has the complete knowledge skills and contacts resources for any events. I highly recommend her for any events in Tulsa and nearby places. To summarize, she is "Outstanding!"
