Sweety was the best Day of Coordinator that we could've asked for. Faced with one of the only rainy days in August, she took charge in creating a plan B on the spot (wife and I were reluctant in creating one beforehand) and it turned out perfectly. After setup, we had nothing to worry about because she was on top of it all. Also very involved in making sure our ducks were in a row before the wedding, which was a huge help. She's one of the nicest, calmest, and reassuring professionals - I seriously recommend booking her for your wedding!
We are beyond happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day, and a big part of that is thanks to our incredible organizer. She took care of every detail with such care and professionalism. We were especially impressed by how thoughtfully she arranged the tables and how attentively she responded to all our needs. One of the things we appreciated most was that she personally contacted all our vendors and guests to make sure everyone knew where to be and when — she truly took the entire organization on herself. Since I speak Ukrainian and many of the people involved in the wedding did as well, she made the effort to communicate with them in writing, which made a huge difference and showed how thoughtful and committed she is. She was responsible, calm, and supportive at every stage, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Sweety is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I literally could not have planned and executed my wedding without her. Not only was she so helpful in connecting me with vendors, but she took care of a lot of the grunt work that goes into planning. On the day of my wedding, I was quite relaxed because I trusted that Sweety would take care of things and she absolutely did. My parents were so impressed with her work that they thanked her on their way out and expressed their gratitude at helping me to actually have fun on my wedding day because I wasn't worrying about all the details. I can't say enough good things about Sweety and her team at Eventcracker! They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. From start to finish, Sweety's attention to detail and meticulous planning blew us away. At first, I thought I only wanted to hire Sweety for day-of coordination. With my dad's event planning background and my experience as an Executive Assistant, we figured we had it covered. I am so happy we reconsidered and went for the full planning package instead! Sweety handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to focus on the things that mattered most to us. The Wedding Weekend was amazing, thanks to Sweety's impeccable timing and coordination with all the vendors. I just want to say THANK YOU Sweety!!! She has been the key to getting this day to run smoothly, by meeting me at the rentals, taking care of emailing the vendors, answering all my annoying questions and just staying on top of everything. Even as far as giving me a deadline to get the decor done for the wedding so I can focus on myself and relax. Event cracker is by far the best decision I made during this whole wedding planning process. She works well with all the vendors and even when we had a bartender vendor not show up the day of She didn't miss a step in jumped in to make sure we had beverages to serve everyone. I can't thank her enough but what I can do is pass the word along that she is amazing and you won't be disappointed with her or her crew. Thank Sweety for everything you've done to make this the best wedding ever for us.
