We used Kelly for my daughter’s wedding. She helped us from the early planning through the end of the wedding. She steered us towards great vendors. Kelly helped us set the budget. She advised on where to save and where to splurge. She kept my daughter on track with a bride to do lists and periodic check-ins. She was AMAZING the last few weeks before and the day of the wedding. I was able to relax, be in the moment, and really enjoy it all because I knew Kelly had it all taken care of. I am so glad we used her services.
Eventology was amazing! Kelly helped plan our wedding in Galveston and her connections and deep knowledge made everything very smooth. Kelly’s recommendations made vendor selection and coordination super easy. Her attention to details and organization were so helpful during the planning process. Kelly even solved an issue with our floral company 2 weeks before the wedding and didn’t tell me about the issue until after it had already been handled and solved! I had so much on my plate and it was a huge relief that Kelly took initiative without being asked. Eventology helped us be able to relax and enjoy our wedding without having to coordinate or worry about all of the details ourselves. I felt so much peace on our wedding day thanks to Kelly and was able to enjoy the celebration without having to stress about coordination. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Eventology to anyone planning a wedding or any sort of event!
My wedding night was perfect, and Kelly Balfour made sure it felt that way. She provided excellent recommendations for vendors and took care of every little detail. On the day of, she hustled so much to make sure me and my bride just got to enjoy the night. 10/10.
I got the amazing chance to work with Kelly Balfour for my April 2024 wedding and couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! Our first phone call felt so genuine and comfortable - something that was hard to find ! You would be surprised at how many initial calls I had with other planners that just felt awkward or even fake! Kelly is such a sweetheart and a fun and energetic person, she really helps you feel such at ease throughout the whole process. We selected the 6 week out package with her and she did such a good job of making our dream wedding come together. I was even able to secure some of my vendors through her suggestions and they were all perfect - florals, rentals, etc. Kelly worked so hard to make us the perfect timeline, without in any way making us feel like we HAD to stick to a certain way of doing things. And when the day came - it went super smoothly and she stayed to the very end to make sure everything was accounted for. We met several times to go through details and she also did a site visit with us and designed our floor plan for our backyard wedding. Her ideas made such a difference in our planning as there were many things I didn’t even think of ! All of our vendors loved working with her and our families did as well. She has a lot of quality experience and she knew exactly how to smooth out the little things that require a good eye for detail. We highly recommend Kelly to make your wedding vision come to life !!!
Kelly avec Eventology a été un vrai plaisir de travailler avec ! Dès notre toute première consultation, elle était pleine d'idées qui correspondaient à notre budget et à notre style. Elle a recommandé notre lieu de réception, notre fleuriste, notre DJ, notre société de location et notre boulangerie pour le gâteau du marié. Nous avons été plus qu'impressionnés par toutes ses sélections de prestataires ! Kelly nous a aussi donné d'excellents conseils économiques avant le mariage. Le jour du mariage, Kelly s'est assurée que tout se passait sans accroc et que mon mari et moi n'avions pas à nous inquiéter pour quoi que ce soit ! Elle est vraiment allée au-delà des attentes du début à la fin. Kelly a même passé plus d'une heure à nous aider à gonfler nos décorations pour le grand départ. Quelle dévotion ! Nous sommes tellement heureux d'avoir confié ce jour spécial à Kelly.
