I have been a client at Evertrain for 7 months and have had such a positive experience. My coach, Alejandro, is very supportive, provides constant encouragement and always knows how to tailor the exercises according to my needs. I have never enjoyed going to the gym… until now. Evertrain is a great place! The trainers and other members are friendly and not judgmental at all. I like that it’s for people my age. My trainer Alejandro is great and very supportive. If I arrive complaining of aches and pains, he will focus on that, give me some extra mobility and stretching exercises so that I can get better while staying active. I have noticed that I have SO much more energy now than I did when I joined 3 months ago. My friends and family have noticed too! There is no way I would keep this up without regular sessions at the gym. I highly recommend Evertrain. Yes, it’s an investment, but my health is worth it!
My husband attends Evertrain Fitness! We are very happy with the staff and their fitness program for 50 plus people are excellent. Alejandro, his trainer is very good and very supportive of my husband’s needs. We recommend Evertrain Fitness for older people who want more mobility, flexibility, snd strength in their lives.
I have been training at Evertrain for almost a year now and the experience has been excellent largely to my coach Melissa. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely understand how to train people over 50 years without pushing to hard or to little. The workouts are smartly designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. The coach always take time to correct form and motivate with encouragement. Highly recommend if you are over 50 and looking for a safe, effective and supportive fitness environment.
I joined Evertrain last December on a friend’s recommendation. The approach is different than anything I had ever done before. I remember early on being told to trust the process. So I leaned in and I am so glad I did. My flexibility, balance and strength have all improved substantially. No two workouts are the same so I continue to be challenged. My trainer Melissa is wonderful. They are all great! The fact that they focus on fitness over 50 gives me confidence that I am in the best hands to remain active and injury free as I age. As a nurse, a nutritionist and a member of Evertrain , I highly recommend!
