I’ve been training at Evolved in Kensington going into my second year soon, and I can't recommend it enough! If you're looking for an effective way to build muscle and keep it, this is the place. It’s not your typical gym routine where you're spending hours on end. The workouts are quick, efficient, and focused—only 15-20 minutes, done at a slow, controlled pace, one on one with your trainer. There’s no sweat, just pure muscle strengthening. It’s a fantastic way to get strong without spending hours at the gym. Definitely worth checking out!

I have been with Evolved Strength for over 5 years. I have found it to be the perfect way to gain muscle strength as I have never been a gym rat. All of the trainers I have worked with have been excellent but my favourite at the moment is Paula. She absolutely inspires me at every class and her winning personality makes coming to my workouts with her both fun and rewarding. I highly recommend this workout for anyone who wants to stay in shape and keep up their muscle mass without spending a lot of time at it.
I’ve been going to Evolved for three years and working out twice a week for the last two. Jonathan and Mark are excellent trainers but I have to say my experience with all the trainers has been excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better gym. My strength has improved as has the results of my last bone density test. My motivation is to improve my bone density and the strength training is working! And the bonus is that I feel great.
When I started evolved I wasn't really into lifting weights. I wanted to do some exercise that was easy to fit into my busy schedule. I've now been going for over 2 years and I cannot believe the change over that time. I'm significantly stronger, have almost eliminated my sciatic issues, and I really enjoy going twice a week. It's quick, effective, and makes me feel great. It's an awesome workout for young ppl and also for those of us as we age. All of the trainers are excellent! And the 1 to 1 coaching makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
