I had a frustrating experience with Exclusive Furniture. Initially, I was approved for financing, but then the approval was unexpectedly revoked. Despite paying the application fee and sales taxes, I never received any furniture. When I requested a refund, I was informed that refunds are not typically provided. This policy seems unfair, especially since no products were delivered. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of resolution and customer support.
Jaclyn Burgos and Manager Eduardo Ruiz showed exceptional customer service when helping me select my sideboard/credenza for my office at 1Archangel Foster and Adoption Agency.
Kim and Ed was amazing we were so well taken care of by both of them. They gave us a great deal and also lives there customer service. No pushy sales just working with our budget and what we liked. This store is our furniture store for life as long as Kim and ed working here :)
Manny, Arthur AND Edwardo were amazing they offered us margaritas the experience was amazing the staff is VERY VERY and accommodating to our needs. They took their time to ensure every need of ours was met!!! We bought our ENTIRE HOME FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WILL BE COMING BACK AND RECOMMENDING THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! They made our home feel whole again and THE PRICES WERE UNBEATABLE!!! WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM NEW ORLEANS TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY MILE!!!!!
Claire is amazing. She found an error in an invoice that I had from Ashley Furniture and I returned the whole order from and purchased a bedroom set, mattress, and sofa set from her. Excellent customer service! And Eduardo took care of me too. Come do business with Exclusive they're great AND they actually have product in stock.
