These guys are great! They work hard, they work quickly, and they don’t cut corners! We had a lot of overgrowth in our backyard and they came in and took care of everything! We basically have a brand new yard! Very happy and impressed with the work!
I recently took over as manager of a business with a small lot. It was in very bad shape as far as landscape goes. I realized that it was under contract with Executive so I reached out to see why work had not been done, but bills were still coming in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was new. Things started off promising. Michael (Owner) was prompt to get back to me, even came out to take a look. His team came out, and it looked great! They even planted some (questionably healthy) flowers to make up for the lack of service. Since then, I have not seen his team and no work has been done, but we are still receiving bills. It has now been 2 months. I reached out to Michael last week via voice mail, he has not returned my calls. I emailed Lynsay, she told me they would send someone out. It has been almost a week, no one has showed up. I have now sent her photos of our parking lot (attached here as well) so she could see that no work had been done, even asked if they may have gone to the wrong building (again benefit of the doubt) but no one has reached out. I was originally looking up a new landscaping company, but saw Executive's listing and felt potential customers should know that even though they may start off strong, their follow through and consistency are lacking.
What a great experience! After calling a number of other landscape companies, and never getting a call back, I left a message for Matthew at Executive Landscape Services and he immediately responded to my call. I gave him my vision and he made it happen on-time and on-budget. Looking forward to my next outdoor project with Executive Landscape Services.
I have had Executive Landscape Services out to my residence around 6-7 times over the past 2 years, when my yard gets ahead of me. We live on a 1 acre lot and as busy as we are, it gets to a point where I need help. I mow and trim and do basic maintenance on my own yard, but after each season, it just gets to be more than I can get done on a weekend. Each time I have hired them they are on time, professional and their work is superb. They use the industry techniques for symmetry, proper growth and proper maintenance. Whether it's mulching, weeding, cleanup, leaves or extending a gutter drain out, they have always left my yard looking at its best. You will not regret your choice to use them.
I'm very impressed with the level of service you can expect and will receive from Executive Landscape Services. Our communities' grasses looked lackluster, at best, just a few years ago. After working with Executive over the last three - four years, some of our communities are easily comparable to golf courses. I strongly recommend their commercial services. I have not dealt directly with their individual homeowners services, but I would expect the same strong level of service and quality from that division as well! I've heard so anyway!
