It has been a few years since I've done a yoga class, so I was a little nervous about trying it out again. Sharon was absolutely wonderful, and made the space and environment so welcoming throughout the entire class. The class had a great flow and has reignited my passion for yoga and a journey towards more self care. I definitely recommend Exhale Yoga! :)
Exhale Yoga is my favourite yoga studio! Rosie’s prenatal classes are so helpful to keep me moving during pregnancy. She really tailors the class to everyone’s needs, asks great questions and listens. She also explains things so clearly so you understand what you should be doing/feeling. I always leaving feeling fantastic and recharged. And aside from all of those great things, Rosie is a great person! She being so much more than just yoga knowledge to her classes!!
Rosie is an excellent teacher and always makes me feel so comfortable when I attend her classes. She is always encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and push me that little bit further, supporting me along the way. The classes are always enjoyable and I leave in a fantastic mood each time. I highly recommend Exhale Yoga.
Rosie is unbelievable in how she has supported me here at Exhale. Starting as a Beginner with no experience I am now stronger and feeling great with her support and encouragement. She blends yoga with her experience in neuroscience and mindfulness. Her teachers here at Exhale are excellent and help at every stage of your development.
