EGL is a great spot! Terry and Isaiah were able to get me in on short notice before new years. Competitive pricing, good vibes, friendly service and a great haircut. Lived in Oakland for a year and finally found my regular barber shop.
I am happy with the haircuts I have received here. The barbers are experienced and professional. Prior to cutting, Isiah took the time to understand what I was looking for in a cut. I think he did a great job at keeping my haircut natural.
I have been going through a rough time, haven't been taking that great of care with my hair. The staff were great, and made sure to take their time on it and do right by me. The warm and happy atmosphere was great, and I was easily able to relax and talk with the people there.
Hey community I just got my boys hair done at a local event hosted by BANANAS and these gentlemen were top tier. Marco, Terry, Zee, Josh, & Isiah were amazing! My boys are feeling good and looking great! Thanks guys we’ll definitly stop by your spot for the next one 😁
Was looking for an open late spot to get a haircut with line design after work on a Friday night and discovered this place by chance. I’m glad I did, because this was hands down the cleanest shape up I’ve gotten since moving to East Bay. Appreciate that they had comfy couches and shots while you wait and hot towels for after. Terry gave me a great cut, and Isaiah did an awesome job on the line design. Prices were very reasonable--$50 for the cut, and an extra $10 for the line design. I’ve gotten so many complements on the fresh cut around the town today. 10/10 would recommend.
