Absolutely the worst customer service. Unfortunately, my son wanted to have his birthday party here. After putting a non-refundable deposit for the party ($500 dollars for 8 kids and some pizza btw) i received no email confirmation for the event. When i tired calling for a email confirmation, called twice over two hours got voicemail. Never received a call back. Called two weeks later to reconfirm the reservation, same problem, straight to voicemail. Left three more voicemails, still not response over a week. After calling repeatedly for 15 minutes straight, someone finally answered the phone. No apology, explanation, nothing. Worst Management and customer service. My son will not return, and I am informing any family that I am close with not to provide this business any of your hard earned money.
My partner and I went to this location last night (01/21/26) at around 9:15pm. Wanted to do a fun activity after dinner so thought this would be fun. Took about 20 mins to drive out to this location. Once we got in I asked the guy at the front for 2 general admissions and he said that we are going to have to pay the 1 hour fee but will only be able to stay until 10 so roughly about 40 minutes of time at the park. My partner and I were fine with that since we drove all the way out to do it. And then he became really rude and dismissive. He told us actually we can't do it because he started his close already?? The park closed in 40 minutes and he said we aren't allowed to do the hourly rate anymore. Then basically told us to leave while he started counting the register. Normally you count the register 5 minutes before close not 40 minutes. I was very frustrated with the fact that we drove out to do this and got kicked out. Won't be recommending this place to anyone.
Good place for a kids bday party. Did not book the private room but it's worth the package if you have at least 8 kids.
Staff member Anaya in the climbing area was amazing! So friendly and helpful!!! We were totally blown away. It was our first time there and my 6 year old had a great time!
Very poorly managed trampoline park. I know there are rules for kids to follow, but staff are obviously needed to make sure kids are safe. ‘No running’ ‘no flipping’ are jokes. Signs are up, but many kids do it and no one asked them to stop, my blood pressure keeps going up while I am watching at the viewing area. I feel like as you sign the waiver, the business no longer care about the safety of the kids. There is only 1 staff on the WHOLE trampoline area on a Sunday afternoon, she tried her best to remind kids leave the diving area and jump one at a time. But only 1 staff? She only has two eyes. Over 50 kids with only 1 supervision? At the same time kids fighting at the dodgeball area and lying down on trampoline with their cell phone on. Especially when light is out sometimes (for the vibe), accidents easily happen. And I saw parents with shoes on going to trampoline area to grab their kids to leave when time is up. Again no one read the sign and no staff cares. The big inflated ball area is a disaster too, once a kid is inside, the others just kicked it pushed it and played so roughly even the kid inside wanna come out of it. Again no staff was there and I have to yell down to the trampoline to ask other kids to stop and let the boy come out, that was not my kid but it looked so dangerous. They need more staff definitely. Or if you have safety concern like me, either not going, or go inside with the kid, take the responsibility to keep them having fun and play safe. Trampoline is fun, but the business unfortunately cannot provide a safe environment for kids to enjoy.
