I was on the hunt for a new optometrist and am very happy to have found Dr. Koetter and her staff. The office is pristine. The staff is warm and helpful. And Dr Koetter is personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I will definitely use Eye Hub for my future optometry needs.

Dr. Koetter gave me a 10/10 experience. She was thorough, informative, patient, and compassionate. She made sure I was comfortable with the pricing of my glasses before purchasing. The staff is also friendly and welcoming!! This was my 1st time here and I will definitely be returning and recommending to others!
Dr. Koetter and her staff Karla and Bobby are incredible! I have gone to Eye Hub for 3 years now for yearly eye health exams, contact lens prescription updates, and new glasses. Each time has been a great experience, Dr. Koetter is incredible at what she does and her staff cares about the success of each visit and making sure I’m satisfied with the care I receive. The team has helped me find the most cost effective option for services and contacts / glasses and assisted me in using my insurance benefits as efficiently as possible. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist in Houston!
This place is my favorite, and I have been wearing glasses for 30years. The front desk is super helpful, and kind. Dr Koetter is very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and patient with my never ending quest for finding the right contacts 😂. She is also fantastic with both my kids, my oldest is autistic and has some developmental delays, and she finds way to get the most accurate information from him while patiently answering all his questions. Their glasses selection is also lovely. I highly recommend going to Eye Hub for your vision needs!
