Dr. Farooqi was very knowledgeable and straight to the point about my father's eye condition. He explained everything to us very well and gave us time to ask questions. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. I would recommend them to anyone in texas if you need to see an optomologist.
Dr Kahn -Farooqi and his professional staff are wonderful! I had the most comprehensive eye exam this week than I have had at several other ophthalmology practices in Austin. Dr. Kahn -Farooqi is extremely knowledgeable, listens and answers your questions, and never makes you feel rushed. I recommend him and EPA highly.
The contact tech is absolutely amazing but…the contact lens’s dept is severely understaffed. One person fitting lenses on a Thursday with no one working at front desk. Every other area is fully staffed with employees everywhere yet this is what you get when you show up at 11:30 and again at 3:30
It’s always an excellent experience at EPA! The staff members are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have always made me feel comfortable and well-cared-for. Big Thanks also to Dr. Khan-Farooqi, who has taken exceptional care of my vision over the years!
My grandmother had an amazing visit with Dr. Wollan, the front desk and back team were all very helpful. We were nervous due to her having a hard issue with the phone person Joana who was very rude and took forever to schedule an appointment only to find out it was never scheduled. I had to call and get the supervisor Eric involved and he was amazing! He reassured me the situation will be dealt With and got my grandma the appointment she needed. Thank you EPA WE Love you
