Ellie was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and walked me through all the recommended treatments. When I started to feel “panicky” mid treatment, she stopped to give me a break and helped to calm my mind. She was just great overall. Will highly recommend!
purchased a groupon as a birthday gift to myself for 50 units of botox and lip filler it was around $800. Ive had lip filler before and explained how i wanted to use the entire syringe this time. Because once the swelling went down from the previous time there wasnt much of a difference. she told me she would do her best without having me leaving there looking crazy.. i really dont think she used the entire syringe after a week and the swelling gone down again not much of a difference, but what was even more disappointing was the botox results. I explained that i was really only concerned with my deep expressive forehead wrinkles. she injected the botox to alot of areas even the corners of my lips? anyways i waited a week, a month and no difference at all. Super disappointing and just felt like a complete waste of time and money. Not everyone has money just sitting around to spend on their selves so this was really upsetting.
I’ve been seeing Ellie for several years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She has such a gentle touch!!!! Botox with her has never once been painful. Ellie is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, yet she’s also incredibly personable and easy to connect with. I completely trust her with my care and wouldn’t consider going to anyone else.
I had a very disappointing experience here. I spent a significant amount of money on Botox with absolutely no results , and even went back for a touch-up, only to be told nothing more could be done unless I purchased additional units. The staff was extremely pushy and aggressive with upselling, rather than focusing on results or customer satisfaction. Despite the high cost, I saw little to no improvement. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money, and I would not recommend this place to others. ZERO Stars
My lips look like I didn’t have a service at all. I had them done a few months ago and it looks like they were never done. I used Groupon and think they didn’t take me seriously. She injected so much in the corners and in places that weren’t on my lip line or Cupids now I feel she wasted my syringe they were great until the swelling went down then I called said it didn’t look like I had them don’t they gave me a run around and didn’t make it right. Yet I’ve had multiple calls to come back said I wasn’t on the schedule and girl listen I could never be again total waste of money and time
