Booked with Dre. As a white guy with a Brillo pad for hair, it’s hard to find a barber who can manage it. That said, the gentleman gave me the best cut I’ve had in years.
Dre does a great job cutting my hair! His attention to detail is amazing. I feel like he understands how to style my thick curly hair, which has been untrue of barbers I’ve seen elsewhere
Was in need of a haircut for a "unreasonable" amount of time" - My S.O... as usual, she was correct. My old go to moved so I had no clue who to go to! So, as any nerd would do: I used AI to narrow down the shop that might be great for my type hair (straight, thin) and my style and cut. well after a lot of looking.. "Shades of Grey " was decidedly the top result. and I'm so thrilled it was: They worked my hair into a exactly the type fextured cut that enhanced my thin hair body and made it look fuller. and styled is quickly. Everyone professional and friendly. And really focused on their work.. Great vibes, dope music playlist, and fantastic at their profession. Told barber not to cut the front of my hair. He cut the front of my hair. He seemed more occupied with doing what he wanted to my hair than giving me what I explicitly asked for. Wack.
I had an appointment with Julian, and he was awesome! He did excellent work, and was very quick. Got a very clean fade and nice trim up top in about 25 minutes, after far too much growth from lock down. The price point is also amazing for the high quality of service. I'll definitely be back!
