They showed up on time, provided an estimate, were very thorough with the inspection, and showed me the issues that needed repaired. Family Roofing did a great job modifying the roof and facia on our house and garage to eliminate bat entry points. When they first came to look at the job they were very thorough and took the time to evaluate our needs in depth. They were very thorough in showing us there BBB rating, insurance, and other information, and were even able to show us pictures of a previous job that was exactly what we needed. I felt much more at ease that they could show that they had experience doing exactly the job we needed. Junior Lopez was very courteous, as were all of the workers.
