Great customer service by the employees from Start to finish. I took my timex watch to adjust the wrist band and they explained everything in detail to the point. I was hesitant when I started to look for a place but they seemed legit and they were. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Dropped off my necklace last month and paid around $80 to get it fixed and the next day after I picked it up it broke. I came back to the shop and they told me it broke again right below the area they fixed last time and wanted to charge me another $45. I felt like I was getting scammed and the customer service was not that great. Both times I went they were pretty rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I understand there were some other weak spots in the chain but the way they presented it to me was wrong and I just felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. What a waste of $!
