Not happy with this company's work brought my bracelet in to have two clamps put on in a safety chain told me it would take 7 Days by the 10th day they still did not call me when into the location they did not have my bracelet there they seem to charge $30 for each repair? I paid $135 not happily... Did not want to bring it back the next morning the service he gave me felt very strange... Possibly shaving down my white gold bracelet? Do not feel comfortable with this business consumers be aware

I had such a great experience here! They fixed my jewelry quickly and it looks brand new again. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the repair process. The pricing was fair, and they finished the work faster than expected. Alice and I have used Fast Fix (at the Park Place Mall with easiest access from movie and food court entrance) for decades. Maintaining Alice’s watch on a few occasions was done cheerfully and reasonably (free with prior purchase one time). Just last week Alice’s music box was brought to Fast Fix as it seemed to me a delicate Italian music box. The motor had to be made operational and music needed to be the same as the label. In a week, the repair was done. A small rivet was also replaced. Fast Fix attended to the detail I need to help keep Alice’s memory alive and her Italian Family in my life still as well. Thank you Fast Fix!!!
Katrina is so amazing!!! I brought in 3 watches that needed new batteries and a capacitor, one of which was a Citizen Eco Drive. She got me taken care of immediately. She was able to change the watch batteries in less than 5 mins. I was originally quoted that my Citizen watch would be ready by the end of the week, but Katrina was able to switch out the capacitor and have it ready the very next day. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to pick up the watch for a few days, but when I went into the shop, Katrina greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and got me my order after she finished attending to her guests. Outstanding customer service - thank you so much for all of your help, Katrina!!
