It was easy to book with Piotr, and communication was excellent throughout. Mario handled our long-distance move (~6 hours); he was friendly, efficient, and a good driver. All our belongings were safely packed, padded, and arrived without incident. Would highly recommend this service for any Cardiff-related moves.
This is the third time I’ve used fast removal company, and they’ve been excellent every time. The team is friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with everything they move. They’re always punctual and make the whole process stress-free. Their prices are very reasonable too, offering great value for the quality of service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommended!
Communication was great. Quickly responded to questions. Turned up on time. Jack was friendly and professional. Filled the van,which was the exact size we needed for a small house removal. Will use them again. Highly recommend.
Used these guys on a house move this week. Really good friendly service from initial contact all the way through to moving day. They were clear on the costing of the job. On moving day they were really efficient and careful loading our things up. We didn’t receive the keys to our new house until 3:30 and they worked REALLY hard to get everything in as fast as they could. Not a single damaged item.
Excellent service! Peter is a great person to work with. He's very communicative and professional. His team was great, as well. When there was a delay, I was told immediately and reassured all would be well. It went more than well, it went perfectly. AND they were 'fast', to boot. Quick, careful, followed directions. Reasonable price. I'm grateful and I'd use them again, for certain. UPDATE: Oddly when I asked for a quote for 1/3 (less?) of the items, the price was more than doubled. Bizarre!! One star removed for that.
