Made the mistake of bringing my Rolex in for what I thought would be a simple link removal. The woman was able to remove two of the three links and on the third one I saw she was struggling. When I asked her to stop so I could see the watch I saw that she had chewed up the link and screw terribly and she told me she couldn’t get the screw back in. I immediately asked her to stop and took the watch back. I was shocked when she still had me pay the $25 after seriously damaging (thankfully just a link) on a $60,000 watch. I would think twice before bringing an expensive time piece here - would recommend a professional jeweler. I ended up going to Rolex at Raffi and they had the screw out and link changed in a matter of seconds.

Fast and excellent service from this place. Went to get my watch band shortened and the service technician was friendly and informative. She even suggested where to get my other watch band ordered as they do not carry the style. It’s a small spot at Fairview mall in the middle kiosk but the customer service is huge.
I love this watch repair shop!!! FastTime is always friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Much cheaper than other places I have compared to. They had exactly what I was looking for and were able to replace my battery and watch band very quickly and did an excellent job! The service from Mackenzie was very kind, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for fast and efficient repair services. They also have branded watches (Fossil, Timex..etc) for sale.
I went yesterday, Sunday, October 1st, to Fast Time Watch & Jewelly repair to have my watch serviced. The two ladies working there: Erika and Mackenzie; they were very polite, professional, friendly, and helpful... besides being very efficient. Mrs. Erika was very knowledgeable about watches. We had a great conversation, and she even gave me suggestions for it maintenance. For any of my watches needs, I will definitely bring them here to Fast Time. Fully recommended 😉😎🤟🏻🍁🇨🇦
