Hi, I understand the house we rent has existing termite damage, which we were aware of when we moved in. However, as a tradesman myself, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic clean-up after work is carried out. After removing the damaged architrave, the debris was left behind. Sweeping up would have taken no more than a minute. Unfortunately, this wasn’t done, and I was disappointed with the lack of care shown. I appreciate that clean-up may not be a service you personally offer, but it is something I would normally expect as standard. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to use your services again. That said, if the real estate continues to engage your company, that’s out of my control. I just wanted to provide honest feedback. Regards, Cameron
Excellent, professional service, care and attention was perfect, sprayed for pests under fridges and lounges, behind dishwasher, back of cupboards, drawers and sinks, outside near the bins, garage, every little nook and cranny. Used a mixture of spray and gels. Geoff was on time, friendly, respectful and very thorough, and the company fitted me in straight away, keeping me updated with messages and calls. 10/10.
Geoff recently completed a pest and termite inspection at my home, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough, checking every detail, and he explained his findings in a clear and reassuring way. His professionalism and expertise truly set him apart. Geoff was amazing and explained everything in detail with my mum who was at home at the time. Absolutely perfect gentleman and he was polite and efficient and extremely professional. Highly recommended and definitely will use again in the future. Also Caren who helped me organise our booking was such an amazing woman, and definitely has a personality to make anyone laugh and feel better about their day, and booking also ❤️
