Hello, my name is Rafael Villegas. At the very beginning of my visit, I was informed by Gabriela (GABI) that only identification documents issued by the United States Government were accepted as valid ID. (DOES THIS MEAN THAT FEDEX ONLY SERVES CUSTOMERS WHO WERE BORN IN, OR ARE CITIZENS OF, THE UNITED STATES?) I found this statement questionable and therefore confirmed it directly with customer service. I was advised that FedEx does accept official identification documents issued by foreign governments, such as foreign passports and foreign driver’s licenses, which are commonly accepted even by airports and law enforcement authorities. After my foreign driver’s license was accepted, I was then asked whether I would be paying with a foreign card, an assumption that felt unnecessary and inappropriate. Following these initial interactions, Gabriela (GABI) completed the data entry process accurately and professionally, and her attitude became noticeably more cordial. I appreciate her effort at that stage. That said, all customers deserve to be treated with equal respect and professionalism, without assumptions based on accent, appearance, nationality, or any other personal characteristic. I strongly encourage FedEx to reinforce staff training to ensure inclusive, unbiased, and respectful service for everyone.
This was one of the best experiences I had at a Fedex/Kinkos. Daylene was so helpful and accommodating. She takes pride in each job and picked up things I did not see.
I had the pleasure of meeting a sweet professional today She immediately acknowledged my presence when I walk through the door she greeted me and she asked how may I help you with a smile I did have a little issue so it took us a while but she was very helpful and very patient and to get that great customer service at 8:00 in the morning I just loved it So KUDOS TO MS JONETTA for your customer service and making my day a pleasant one I was 100% satisfied
Tanne était géniale. Elle nous a guidés tout au long du processus d'expédition de quelque chose. Nous sommes entrés et sortis en moins de cinq minutes. Et en plus, ils ont leur propre parking — un énorme atout ici, au centre-ville. Je reviendrais certainement à cet endroit.
