Rachel really helped me, my dad, and my sister out. She helped us print some booklets and we are so appreciative! She was super kind and provided us with great service.
Sherly is probably the best customer service rep that I've ever worked with from any type of businesses that I've ever dealt with probably at least 5 year time period from today (Nov. 2025). I was charged by Google Fiber for not returning their equipment and the return was made about a month ago. I lost my receipt that had the tracking number and Google required me to provide the tracking number for the refund. I had very small leads for her to work on and she worked about 50 minutes on the phone to find the tracking number for me. She wasn't frustrated or mad anything and she was kind the whole time. The tracking number worked and I got the refund from Google. I don't know how this place has the rating of 3.8 but if you ever have any customer service related issues, I highly recommend you to work with Sheryl. Thumbs up!
Usually come here to drop off packages. They have a new self service scanner where you drop off your packages and get your tracking number. It’s awesome when it’s working. It’s a freaking BUMMER when the machine is down and you have to wait in a line that is 5 people deep because only one person is working the register. Like I said, it’s great when the self-service machine is working.
GFiber listed this FedEx location near me where I could drop off & return a router. They emailed me a coupon code to use on shipping package. No customers when I arrived. The FedEx lady stopped whatever she was doing to handle my request. She was friendly & efficient. How easy it was to return an item to the provider thru FedEx Express.
I came here on April 25th to drop off an expensive package that I was returning. A month later, (May 19th) the sender notified me that they haven't received the package. My experience with the staff was frustrating, particularly with a person named Frank, who was quite hostile. He repeatedly insisted that I didn’t have a shipping label, but I actually did. Fortunately, someone else stepped in and helped me after I provided the label that Frank claimed I didn’t have. They assured me they would take care of the return, but it didn't sound convincing at the time, and now I’m certain that they did not send it back to the recipient. I advise caution with this location; they may give you attitude and could potentially lose your package, resulting in financial loss, as for my case. I had to come in person to speak to someone about this matter Sheryl told me I had to file a claim and that was all they could help me with. As for Frank his face was if he had seen a ghost as soon as we locked eyes. I certainly know he did something to my package, he is not to be trusted, sketchy people work here.
