Kat and the manager lady during bank hours Dec 15 are Angels. I stopped by to ship Christmas presents to multiple people and after I left I couldn’t find my sister’s Christmas card (w/ a gift card in it) and just when I decided to accept that it was lost I received a phone call from FedEx, they had found it and the manager researched my information to call me. The fact that they did that during crazy busy Christmas season is a kindness I just wouldn’t expect from people these days. It made me feel better about people in general. Went in here after I couldn’t get helped at Office Depot. Just need to make a couple of quick color copies. It was painless and quick. The staff was super helpful and it was a great experience. They also have a smattering of office supplies if you need.
We do frequent print business with this location. I always look forward to it. I get excited when I get to come here. Jose is great for sure but it’s obviously easy to be that way when he has such an amazing team. Keep up the great work guys!
Went in to retake passport photos. I'd explained the situation and Kat was patient and took multiple photos to ensure we met the correct requirements for submission. The passport agent praised her work (after rejecting my initial photos), lol.
Do not go here, guy messed up address on an overnight delivery. It is like pulling teeth getting a refund, you cannot move forward without an account number. I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Have fun fighting navy federal.
