The time and commitment Fidelity K9 put towards caring for and understanding our dog is wonderful, they make the training process straight forward with easy to understand instructions that have made a huge difference in our relationship with our dog. The training we received allowed us to go from lost without a clue what to do or try, to having daily tasks that have made our dog so much more comfortable in his daily life
Steve was very generous with his time and was very genuine and honest with his information from our first phone call. Moving forward we scheduled an appointment with him for a meet and greet between him and our Rottweiler Titan! We've also done the Day Training and will be continuing on training Titan with Steve and Ethan at Fidelity K9. Titan has had a BLAST and comes home a happy, tired, (more well-behaved) 16 month old puppy! Highly recommend Fidelity K9!👍
We went for our first visit today with Steve & our 6 month old Cane Corso. I first spoke to him on the phone earlier this week after our dog was sent home within an hour of being dropped off at another training facility in Omaha. I instantly felt comfortable & more confident about bringing our pup to Fidelity K9. He took the time to listen to our concerns & explain things over the phone and then again in even more detail once we got to our hour training. We also really enjoyed that Steve took the time to not only get to know us but our dog as well in just that hour. He explained everything & taught us things to the point where even if we didn't sign up for further training, we felt more comfortable going home with our pup to practice & train on different things with him. We did however end up signing him up for their 6 week boarding training and we are looking forward to it. Highly recommend based off what we have seen & experienced so far. Their team is very knowledgeable and you can instantly tell they truly care. Update: We picked up Azul today from his 6 week boarding & we are so very pleased. We're excited to continue working with Azul. Steve was awesome. He is very knowledgeable, patient, & just overall an amazing trainer.
I recently signed my two dogs up for the six-week training program at Fidelity K9, and it has made a world of difference for both my pets and me. Prior to the training, my Siberian Husky and Akita were well-behaved but a bit difficult to manage. Thanks to the excellent foundation established by Steve and his team, I now feel much more confident and relaxed when addressing their behavior. This has significantly enhanced our ability to enjoy our outdoor activities and active lifestyle. Here are the immediate improvements I've noticed after bringing my dogs home for about a week: - Our walks have become 100 times more enjoyable without my 60lbs Husky pulling in one direction and my 100lbs Akita pulling in another. - Their recall, which was practically non-existent before, has improved tenfold. - I no longer struggle to put their collars on. (This one might seem silly until you have dogs so excited to walk they break your fingers trying to get the prongs clasped.) While we are still working on training me to maintain their skills, the lifetime one-on-one training support that comes with the program ensures that I will have their assistance for as long as I need it. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend this facility and the six-week course. It's absolutely worth the investment.
Steve and his Staff saved my Rottweiler’s (110 lb Rocco) life. He was very aggressive. Had bit 3 people including myself. After his 6 week program with Steve he was a new dog. The continued support and training, from Steve, has made Rocco a new dog. We still are smart and realize he can be aggressive. No kids. No stranger pets. Set him up for success. And he is successful!! Thanks!
