They are 100 percent down to earrh people with fair prices and top notch work. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will actually help you and not just try to take advantage of you. I own a Auto Detailing business called Inside Out Auto Care and I go to these guys for my body and paint work to my personal vehicle's. I refer all of my customers to them if my shop can't fix the problem. They can do anything you need done concerning body and paint work. I give them 10 stars all day long.
Reid and Ashley are truly a dream team when it comes to auto body restoration. I recently brought my Lexus to FinishWorks after discovering mold caused by water damage, and they were immediately willing to take on the project. Throughout the process, they were incredibly flexible—accommodating my schedule, keeping me informed, and even handling communication with the insurance company on my behalf. Although the insurance company ultimately decided to total the vehicle, which was completely outside of FinishWorks control, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, transparency, and support I received from Reid and Ashley from start to finish. I would highly recommend FinishWorks for any auto body repair needs. Their dedication to their customers and the quality of their service truly stand out.
I would give a billion stars if I could! I cannot say enough good things about Reid and Ashley at Finishworks Auto Body! After being in a bad car accident, I walked in the next day feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but they immediately put me at ease. Ashley welcomed me with so much warmth, even offering me a cold drink and letting me play with their beautiful corgi while Reid got started on my estimate. Reid went above and beyond—he not only wrote out multiple estimates for me (insurance, personal repair, and adjusted options), but also physically helped me by taping up my bumper that was hanging off and removing a piece of plastic scraping underneath my car so I could drive without that horrible noise. That kind of care is rare and shows how much they truly value their customers. What really stood out was their honesty and fairness. They carefully walked me through my options, even giving me advice on whether to total the car through insurance or repair it—explaining the pros and cons in a way that made a tough decision much easier. I’ve gotten other estimates, both higher and lower, but nowhere else have I felt this level of kindness, attention, and genuine care. On top of that, Ashley is super talented—she even designs their shop merch (which is awesome, by the way)! The two of them make a terrific team: personable, funny, and just great people all around. We even shared a few laughs swapping car stories, and I left not only with solid advice but also feeling like I had made new friends. Finishworks may be a newer business, but they are already operating at the highest standard—affordable, fair, and customer-focused. Reid and Ashley made a big impact on me, and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. I honestly hope I see them again (though hopefully not because of another accident!). If you need auto body work done—go to Finishworks Auto Body. You’ll be glad you did! Update: My car did indeed end up needing to be repaired! Ashley was amazing at keeping me updated every step of the way, from when parts came in, to when Reid started the repair, to paint and cleaning. They left my car SOOOOO clean! The service was 10/10, and the turnaround time was lightning fast. Reid and Ashley are patient, professional, and truly care about their work.
