Great company and service! Perfect color match and attention to detail. I started calling local printers with an urgent project. As I shared my deadline with various printers, one confessed that they wouldn't be able to meet my deadline, but to go direct with FireFly Graphics (which is where this project would have been printed). I didn't know that quite a few local printers outsource to FireFly Graphics and now I know why! I called FireFly Graphics and shared my project and deadline. They made a plan to get me taken care of. They sent back the proof and I had a couple edits, however, they said they understood what I needed and assured me they would take care of it. My project was 6 retractable banners that when placed next to each other formed a wide wall (16'+ wide). They finished the project half a day earlier and when I pulled the retractable banners out and lined them up, they were perfect. Sharp colors and perfect resolution. Go direct with FireFly Graphics. They were the best price, quality and quick turn around. FireFly Graphics is my new 'go to' for banners.
