Geoff and Evelyn are wonderful to work with. I had to have the roof over my patio replaced because of all of the rain we had this past summer/fall. Geoff certainly know his way around a roof. When Geoff came out to give me an estimate, he also inspected my entire roof and gave me an estimate to replace tiles and clean the areas where debris had collected. I love the way that I don't have to be home. Geoff just climbs up and gets the job done. Since I can not get up there to see the completed work, Geoff takes detailed photos of before and after so I can see his attention to detail. First Response Roofing is very reasonably priced and guarantees their work. First Response Roofing will be my roofer when the time comes to replace it. I highly recommend First response Roofing.
If I had a roof leak, First Response Roofing would be the company I would choose. I contacted the company because of roof leaking concerns from faint ceiling stain. The stain was noted in a Buyers Inspection Report during a home sale. A tech was dispatched promptly and arrived on time. Despite noting the ceiling stain did not look like a water leak, Brandon made a thorough inspection of the entire roof. A full report was sent with pictures of the tiles & underlayment that confirmed the roof was in excellent condition.
First Response was one of our bidders for a job to reconnect our dryer vent in the attic. While that sounds like a simple task, it truly was not. It involved removing a section of the roofing and plywood sheets to pinpoint a complex roof/attic area that was inaccessible from the interior attic. From the initial visit right through the last moment on site for completion of the work, this job went so smoothly. Geoff was very knowledgeable about the situation. He accurately pinpointed the area to be removed without causing any waste in effort or materials. He coordinated the HVAC contractor who needed to arrive same day to make the reconnection before they could close up the roof. The job went so well and we are back in business and to code! They were the only bidder on this job who offered to coordinate the HVAC portion of the work so it could all be done same day without leaving a gaping penetration into the home. Can't say enough good about Geoff and his employees, as well as the office staff and payment processing. Quality of work, communication, efficiency - all superb! They even gave us a quote to consider for a complete reroof of our 20 year old home. Although we decided not to reroof at this time, their quote was very competitive with others received. Do not hesitate to contact First Response Roofing for your next job! You will not be disappointed!
They were super easy to work with. Their estimator, Geoff came and got me a very detailed invoice with photos and I had a good idea of what they would be doing to fix my roof. They scheduled me out for about 2 weeks, but they bumped my install up a day earlier which was nice. The installers were nice, cleaned up after themselves, and sent photos of the completed work. They were reasonably priced. I would use them again.
The entire roofing team was super helpful and quick to respond! I received a roofing quote almost immediately, and Geoff took the time to explain everything clearly — which I really appreciated since I know absolutely nothing about roofing. We had some roof leaks and ended up needing a full roof replacement (after 30 years, it was definitely time). The crew, replaced the entire roof, and had everything reinstalled in just three days. I was really impressed with how efficient, professional, and knowledgeable they were throughout the process. I also loved that they offered 0% financing through a partner company — that made a huge difference for us. The only small complaint I have is with the cleanup is the mess. We found dozens visually after they left. After it rained, we found scores of nails around our house and had a couple of close calls stepping on them. Other than that, everything else was excellent! If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that provides fast roof repairs, full replacements, and great customer service, I highly recommend this team!
