Fit Rapid Academy is truly life-changing. I’ve been going to the classes for almost a year and it has become one of the best parts of my routine. Dario has taught me so much, from proper form, to staying dedicated, to genuinely believing in myself. His coaching style pushes you without ever making you feel discouraged. I’m new to this style of training, but Dario has been very informative and patient with making sure we are all doing the workouts properly. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and I’ve met some great people there already. It’s definitely a love-hate relationship with the workouts. They are challenging, but I feel so good after! I can’t wait to see my progress throughout my time there.
I started with Fit Rapid Academy 2 years ago. I am a middle aged woman who has never been athlete. My first experience I barely made it through the warm up and spent the rest of the class on the floor. I can now go to 4 classes a week. I feel so much better and feel stronger than ever before. I am grateful for this place.
Circuit training isn’t something that I thought that I would like, or even be able to do. My first class with Dario was intense, but his attention to proper technique and focus on every individual in the class is what led me to sign up. Over the past three months he has helped me to do exercises that I never thought I would be able to do, to push me to work hard physically and mentally, even on the days when I didn’t want to, and with consistency, I have seen amazing results. Although my goal has only been to tone and to become stronger, I have lost 8 lbs and several inches over the past three months. As a woman, it is very important to me to find a space where I can workout with a trainer that makes me feel comfortable, will push me to train harder, and makes sure I do the workouts correctly so that I don’t get injured. I would recommend this gym and Dario to anyone serious about working out as part of their daily life. Everyone that I have worked out with in the gym has been welcoming and helpful and encouraging. I can’t say enough good things about Dario, especially for giving me a total body workout that has transformed my body.
