Fitt Forge is an incredible gym with truly amazing trainers. I had the pleasure of working with Sam, and she was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. She made me feel confident and pushed me in the best way possible. The entire staff and members make you feel like family, creating such a positive and encouraging environment. I joined the 6 week challenge to get back into working out after a long hiatus and to lose weight. Zack and his team are not only motivational but also very encouraging and work hard to make sure you are achieving your goals and answer questions you may have. I love the friendly atmosphere and the small group workouts This is such an amazing group that I decided to stay on! Enjoying every minute of it.
