I knew I needed a new roof on a rental property I have and finally got several quotes. a couple of months ago. I thought they were all way high & put it off again. Then came a big rainstorm along with a leak. I called 5 Star to get my first quote. It came in so much lower with as good of service or better than the others there was no need to look further. Everything was just as they said. I am happy and relieved it’s done. Great work!

Excellent and timely communication. No worries about HOA approval, County permits and inspections.The tream was well trained and worked efficiently to finish the job in one day. Reasonable price.
